Love Is Blind

On 10/28/2012 (yes, the same night the Giants clinched the World Series title), I staged a cabaret at Martuni's in honor of the late Amy Winehouse with my pal Ben Prince. Here are a couple of my favorite songs from the evening - enjoy!

Demo Tracks

A few years ago I worked with a bunch of guys on a new project but it never got off the ground. We did record a few demo tracks though, so I thought I'd share them here. Enjoy!

"Pay Me Maybe"

The SF City Attorney's Office reached a statewide settlement w/ Money Mart & Loan Mart for $7.5 million in restitution to bilked customers. They tried reaching qualified claimants through traditional media but weren't having too much success, so they decided to create a "Call Me Maybe" parody video. Thanks to my friends at Blondie's Bar & Grill, I got the call to record the vocals for them. It was fun & silly, but I'm so grateful to have donated my time to such a good cause. I hope this video helps people get some of their money back!

We got lots of media coverage:

World Premiere of "Obsessed"

I've been doing lots of songwriting lately and I'm so fortunate that the Alleycats guys were so welcoming of the first tune I shared with them. We played it live for the first time last night at Blondie's Bar & No Grill in the Mission and captured it on video - enjoy!

Live at the Fillmore...

OMG, you guys! Mike, Steve & I played at The Fillmore's Poster Room Lounge last night. It was amazing. The crowd was super attentive and appreciative, we had fun, and then we got to see one of the best shows ever - Mayer Hawthorne & the County! All in all, an amazing night. We're excited to get back there again someday soon.
